Please include your name, the items you plan to return, and the reason for the return. We will refund all qualifying returns within 7 days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error or that of our courier partners.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately(subjected to availability of the replacement and the period of due process), and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Items that qualify for our 15 – day return policy:
- Unused skin care or hair care within 15 days of purchase
- You should make the video of unpacking the courier received.Video should be cover the complete unpacking and opening up of the courier packing and you need to show and record the products on it.
Items that are not returnable/refundable:
- Trial and Travel Kits
- Used skin care or hair care will not qualify for return or refund during the pandemic.
- Sale or Clearance items or items provided as complimentary or free of cost.
- Gift Cards
For all returns we receive that exceed the15 day limit, we reserve the right to deny a refund, to partially refund, or issue store credit, at our discretion. Once an order has been processed through our website, we are unable to cancel orders. Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com or WhatsApp at 7087711181. Your order will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated above, including the potential delay in processing. If the order has not been shipped, we will also refund any shipping charges if any. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us, as with any return.
